Highlands Ridge Residential Development![]() Highlands Ridge First Addition - Phase IV - Midwest Development is excited to announce that we are adding 20 lots to the Highlands Ridge development in 2011. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on June 29 and the grading work will be started soon. This phase will be consistent with the previous phases in similarity of covenants and zoning. Capitol Creek CentreMidwest Construction & Development is pleased with the results of our "extreme remodel" of the previous "Running's Store" at 740 East Sioux Avenue in Pierre.The work plan included major demolition of the existing building both interior and exterior as well as the site. We re-constructed the building for multiple tenant use and are currently fully leased. The finished commercial building includes masonry and Dryvit (EIFS) exterior finishes, and commercial aluminum framed windows and entrances.
