		Dakota Prairie Bank - Fort Pierre - 2010 New bank located in Teton Island was a Design/Build project working with RSArchitects. Finishes include custom cherry wood teller line and unique soffit and lighting accents.

		Legislative Audit Turn-key Construction of office building using pre-engineered steel building with Dryvit exterior.

		City/County Fire Station 6,240 SF American Buildings Company steel building for local fire department.

		WAPA (Western Area Power Association) This 9,600 SF Steel Building serves as a shop for WAPA.

		Expo Building 46,200 SF steel building to include the placement of two ice rinks. Concrete walls were cast-in-place for locker rooms, warming room, bathrooms and mechanical rooms. A concrete mezzanine provides elevated bleacher seating. The front of the building houses the office of the Ft Pierre Chamber of Commerce.

		City of Pierre - Electrical Department 30,000 SF steel building with 4,000 SF office area separated from the shop floor by cast-in-place concrete walls. The office area has a concrete mezzanine.

		Mini Storage units. Maintenance free pre-engineered steel building.

		The Oahe Fisheries Research Center Wood frame, exposed rafter design for the Department of Game, Fish and Parks office and lab.

		Pizza Hut - Pierre - 2003 The Pierre Pizza Hut is one of the first in the nation using the new national design. Includes a Dryvit exterior and a standing seam metal roof.

		Mr. Movies - 2004 Design build for national retail chain.

		Ft Pierre National Grasslands Forest Service Building - 2004 Design build housing the National Grasslands Visitor Center, Forest Service offices, and garages for the fire fighters.
