46,200 SF steel building to include the placement of two ice rinks. Concrete walls were cast-in-place for locker rooms, warming room, bathrooms and mechanical rooms. A concrete mezzanine provides elevated bleacher seating. The front of the building houses the office of the Ft Pierre Chamber of Commerce.

 

 
Former PEDCO Building

30,000 SF steel building with 4,000 SF office area separated from the manufacturing floor by cast-in-place concrete walls. The office area has a concrete mezzanine to provide for storage and eventual expansion to a second level.
