At Zarecky's Midwest Construction, Inc. we strive to provide our clients with a quality project to be enjoyed for years to come. We do this by listening to you the Owner and offering product and method suggestions through the design phase. During construction you can count on a friendly staff on the jobsite and at the office to assist you with the entire construction process. After the project is finished, Midwest Construction will be there to stand by our work and provide on-going service you may need to keep your building in peak condition.
The development arm of our company is Midwest Development of Pierre, Inc. We are excited to offer Highlands Ridge residential development on Fourth Street, and Brookstone and Southgate developments, our future commercial developments on the corner of Fourth Street and Garfield Ave (truck by-pass), near the Pierre Mall.
Company ProfileMidwest Construction and Development was started in August 1981 by Mark and Glennis Zarecky and incorporated in1985. Midwest Construction has grown to a leader in constructing quality buildings in the Pierre area. As a general construction firm we are involved in a variety of projects to include light industrial, commercial, multi-family, and custom homes. Employing concrete and framing crews and a full office staff, Midwest strives to meet the demand of today's construction clients. For design needs we utilize AutoCAD computer software and can assist with schematic and detail drawings. If your project requires architectural and engineering services we have teamed with those professionals to provide the complete design package. We have been the local builder for American Buildings Company, a pre-engineered steel building manufacturer in the United States since 1991. Using the ABC system, we have built many commercial steel buildings in the Pierre area to include cold storage, shops, office buildings and mini-storage units.
